The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) demolished on Wednesday different Palestinian-owned structures in Jerusalem and the West Bank at the pretext of unlicensed construction.
According to local media sources Israeli bulldozers escorted by police forces demolished a commercial facility and a mobile structure belonging to Akram Amira in Sur Baher town east Jerusalem.
Akram Amira said that the Israeli municipality demolished his facility although it was licensed.
The Israeli municipality in Occupied Jerusalem also demolished with no prior notice a wooden room belonging to Salah al-Hijazi in Silwan district and a café belonging Sa’ed Abu Sobeih in Beit Hanina town.
Abu Sobeih recently obtained a court order freezing a demolition order against his café.
In Salfit the Israeli occupation army demolished an agricultural structure belonging to farmer Rateb Jouda in Deir Ballut town.
In a separate incident the Israeli army has been imposing a tight siege on Jericho since last Saturday for unknown reasons.
Local sources said that Israeli forces have been blocking the entrances of Jericho for five days obstructing the movement of Palestinian vehicles and passengers.
