A Palestinian child on Sunday evening succumbed to a serious injury he sustained during a raid in Jenin by Israeli occupation forces (IOF).
The Palestinian ministry of health said in a brief statement that 14-year-old Qusai Wakid was proclaimed dead after he was seriously wounded by the IOF live bullets in the stomach.
Earlier today the ministry reported that two Palestinian citizens were transferred to Jenin Governmental Hospital after being injured in the stomach while another was transferred to Ibn Sina Specialized Hospital.
The death of the child brought the number of Palestinian citizens killed by Israel since the beginning of 2023 to 47 including 10 children an old woman and a prisoner.
