Local sources reported that two Palestinian young men were injured after Israeli soldiers fired rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas bombs to quell the protests east of the Bureij refugee camp east of Khan Younis and in the southern and central Gaza Strip.
Furthermore several Palestinian citizens suffered breathing problems after Israeli soldiers fired live bullets and tear gas bombs at the citizens in Malaka camp east of Gaza City.
According to the PIC correspondent Palestinian youths set tires on fire as part of the protest at the repeated Israeli attacks against Palestinian prisoners.
