A 22-year-old Palestinian succumbed to a gunshot wound by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in al-Khalil early on Friday.
Medical sources affirmed that Muhammad Jawabreh was transferred to the intensive care unit after reaching the hospital in a very critical condition suffering from a gunshot injury in the head.
However he breathed his last at dawn today.
Jawabreh was shot directly in the head while helping his neighbors during an Israeli military raid into Arroub refugee camp.
The new victim brought the total number of Palestinians killed since the start of the year to 65 including four killed by settlers 13 children and an elderly woman.
