The Hamas Movement representative in Lebanon Ahmed Abdulhadi met the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Tor Wennesland on Tuesday.
Abdulhadi briefed Wennesland about the escalating crimes carried out by Israeli soldiers and Jewish settlers that violate all international laws and conventions.
He stressed that the Palestinian people will resist the Israeli occupation and defend themselves by all means possible.
For his part Wennesland expressed deep concern over the situation in Palestine reiterating that the UN is committed to its resolutions on the question of Palestine.
