Six Palestinian citizens were killed while 16 others were injured on Tuesday evening during a raid by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the Jenin refugee camp north of the West Bank.
The Palestinian ministry of health reported that six Palestinian citizens were killed while 16 were injured during armed clashes in the Jenin refugee camp.
It pointed out that two citizens were seriously injured one in the stomach and another in the pelvis adding that two others were moderately injured one in the thigh and the other in the shoulder.
A large force of the Israeli army surrounded a Palestinian house and fired a missiles at it claiming that the Palestinian citizen who carried out the Huwara shooting operation ten days ago was in the house.
The Palestinian resistance fighter Abdul Fattah Kharwasha who carried out the Huwara shooting operation that resulted in killing two Jewish settlers last February was among the killed during the armed clash in Jenin.
Meanwhile Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin shot down two Israeli drones according to the PIC correspondent.
In addition two Israeli soldiers were injured during the armed clashes that were reported between IOF soldiers and Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin according to Hebrew media.
In another development the IOF arrested three Palestinian young men after storming the West Bank city of Nablus.
IOF soldiers encircled a building east of Nablus and arrested three Palestinian siblings who were identified as the sons of martyr Kharwasha.
Earlier in the morning Jewish settlers protected by IOF soldiers stormed Kifl Haris village in the Salfit governorate and performed Talmudic rituals to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Purim.
Furthermore a Palestinian woman and an elderly man were wounded after Jewish settlers beat them and hurled stones at them after storming Huwara town south of Nablus according to a video circulating on social media.
