A Palestinian child on Thursday morning succumbed to a serious injury he sustained during a raid in Jenin by Israeli occupation forces (IOF).
The Palestinian health ministry said in a brief statement that 14-year-old Waleed Saad Daoud Nassar was proclaimed dead after he was seriously wounded by the IOF live bullets during Tuesday’s Jenin raid.
Earlier Tuesday six Palestinian citizens were killed while 16 others were injured during an IOF raid in the Jenin refugee camp north of the West Bank.
The death of the child brought the number of Palestinian citizens killed by Israel since the beginning of 2023 to 78 including children and elderly people.
