Al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas has said that martyr al-Moataz Billah al-Khawaja one of its resistance fighters in the occupied West Bank had carried out several shooting operations against Israeli military targets before his last operation in Tel Aviv on Thursday night.
In a statement on Saturday al-Qassam Brigades explained that Khawaja carried out several shooting attacks on Israeli soldiers manning observation points near the separation wall on the outskirts of Ni’lin town in western Ramallah.
Khawaja who was an ex-detainee also participated in carrying out attacks on Israeli targets with Molotov cocktails and explosive devices the Brigades added.
Al-Moataz Billah is the son of Sheikh Salah al-Khawaja a senior Hamas official in the West Bank.
