The Israeli police forces arrested the Jerusalemite female activist and teacher Khadija Khwais on Wednesday.
Khwais was stopped and detained at the Lion Gate in Occupied Jerusalem before being transferred to the Al-Qishla prison.
Earlier Tuesday Khwais called for intensifying the Palestinian presence at al-Aqsa Mosque and to confront all Israeli schemes and plots.
Khwais was detained more than 30 times and denied access to al-Aqsa Mosque more than once. She also received travel ban for four times.
