A horde of extremist Jewish settlers wreaked havoc on an olive grove in the east of the occupied West Bank city of Salfit on Wednesday morning.
According to local sources settlers destroyed 170 perennial trees all aged from 50 to 80 years old in eastern Salfit.
The olive trees belonged to Rida Ityani and his brother Radi both farmers from Yasuf village as well as to Wajih Abu Kamal from the nearby town of as-Sawiya.
The settlers came from the illegal settlements of Kfar Tapuach and Rechelim which were built on lands seized from the villagers of Yasuf and Iskaka.
