The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Wednesday at least 16 Palestinian citizens from the West Bank amid clashes with local youths in some areas.
According to local sources the IOF stormed different areas of Nablus including Kafr Qallil village al-Askar refugee camp and Huwara town and kidnaped five citizens from their homes.
In al-Khalil the IOF kidnaped five citizens including a father and his son during raids on homes in Sa’ir town. One young man was reportedly injured by live ammunition and others suffered from their exposure to tear gas during clashes with the IOF in this town.
In Bethlehem the IOF kidnaped two citizens from the city and Harmala village and clashed with local youths near the city’s water authority.
The IOF also kidnaped three citizens residents of Jenin at a military checkpoint in southern Nablus and another one from Zababida town.
