Member of Hamas’s political bureau Khalil al-Hayya said that the Palestinian resistance spearheaded by al-Qassam Brigades is capable of deterring the Israeli occupation state and ready to repeat the 2021 “Sword of Jerusalem” battle when necessary.
During an interview conducted with him by Al Jazeera satellite channel on Sunday Hayya affirmed that Sword of Jerusalem “established great political and field equations” and that the resistance in Gaza became a shield for the Palestinian land.
The Hamas official said that every battle the resistance fought against the occupation state had its own circumstances but operation Sword of Jerusalem was the fiercest one.
“We are close to resolving the conflict with the occupation whose signs of weakness appear day after day” he stressed.
