A group of Jewish settlers attacked under the protection of Israeli occupation forces (IOF) Palestinian homes in Asira al-Qibliya village south of the West Bank city of Nablus on Monday evening.
The head of the village council Hafez Saleh affirmed that settlers from the illegal Yitzhar settlement attacked local homes in the southern area of the village damaging two of them.
Meanwhile Israeli forces heavily fired live bullets and tear gas. The IOF also surrounded a local house before arresting its owner’s son.
Earlier on Monday dozens of Jewish settlers protected by the IOF set a Palestinian vehicle on fire in Huwara town south of Nablus.
