Violent clashes broke out within the Green Line in the cities of Umm al-Fahm Sakhnin and Nazareth on Thursday evening after Israeli police suppressed protests against attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Israeli police brutally attacked protesters in Umm al-Fahm and many of them were taken into custody.
In Nazareth and Sakhnin similar incidents were reported amid a significant police presence.
Earlier Wednesday twelve Palestinians were detained during the protests that took place within the Green Line in several Arab cities against the attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem. Several minors were among the detainees.
