Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has said that the Palestinian people’s unique resistance of the Israeli occupation and long years of their steadfastness deserve appreciation from all peoples of the world.
Addressing Palestinian masses during a festival held on Friday in Gaza to mark the International Quds Day Raisi affirmed that Iran would continue to support and strengthen the resistance fronts in the region.
The Iranian president also condemned the [Arab] normalization of ties with the Israeli occupation state describing it as “treason against the Palestinian people and the resistance alliance” and a “stab in the back of Palestine.”
He paid tribute to the Palestinian people their resistance fighters in all arenas of Palestine and all the men and women who gave their lives to defend Palestine and Jerusalem.
He quoted Imam Khomeini as saying that “the liberation of Jerusalem is the ultimate goal in the Islamic world.”
