The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested four Palestinian young men in the West Bank and Jerusalem on Tuesday evening.
A Palestinian young man was detained at the Qalandia checkpoint north of Occupied Jerusalem for allegedly trying to seize a soldier’s weapon.
The IOF soldiers also arrested another young man on Tal Road southwest of Nablus while a third was rounded up at a military checkpoint near Nablus.
Another Palestinian man was kidnapped at the Shufa checkpoint south of Tulkarem.
Meanwhile the IOF erected a military checkpoint at the entrance to Zabuba village west of Jenin restricting Palestinian vehicles’ movement prior to the iftar time.
Since the start of the year 2023 2300 Palestinians have been detained in the West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem including more than 350 children and 40 women.
4900 Palestinian prisoners are currently held in Israeli jails including dozens of women and children.
