One Palestinian citizen was killed and five others were injured at dawn Wednesday during an Israeli military attack on the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian health ministry said that 58-year-old Hashel Mubarak a resident of Gaza City was killed at dawn when the Israeli occupation army bombed a site near his house.
Five other citizens were also wounded during the same Israeli attack on the area.
The Israeli army carried out aerial and artillery attacks on Gaza late on Tuesday with loud explosions heard across the besieged coastal enclave.
The new Israeli aggression against Gaza started after rockets were fired by resistance factions at Israeli areas following the death of hunger-striking prisoner Khader Adnan at dawn Tuesday.
