A Palestinian young man was shot dead by a Jewish extremist on Saturday evening in Sandala town in 1948 occupied Palestine (Israel).
According to Arab 48 website an armed Jewish settler opened fire at an Arab young man from Sandala and killed him immediately following a fistfight between them on a road. The victim was identified as 20-year-old Dyar Omari.
The incident happened on a road leading to the settlement of Gan Ner which is located near the Palestinian towns of Sandala and Muqeibla.
Israeli police and medics said the young resident of Sandala was critically hurt in the shooting incident and taken to HaEmek Hospital in Afula where he was pronounced dead.
Police officers dispatched to the scene detained the shooter a resident of Gan Ner and seized the handgun he used to commit his crime.
Following the shooting clashes erupted at the scene between Jewish and Arab citizens of the area before police forces intervened and dispersed the rallies.
In this regard the Hamas Movement mourned Omari and affirmed that its people and their resistance would not let Israeli crimes pass without a response.
