Three Palestinian citizens were injured on Wednesday morning when Israeli soldiers and settlers attacked them in Deir Dibwan town east of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian health ministry said that three wounded farmers were evacuated to Ramallah Hospital after Israeli forces and settlers attacked them in Deir Dibwan.
Two of those citizens were injured by live ammunition while the third one suffered fractures in his knee according to the health ministry.
