Two other Palestinian citizens were killed on Wednesday afternoon following an Israeli air raid on Rafah area in southern Gaza.
A medical source told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that two martyrs and one wounded citizen were evacuated to a local hospital after Israeli drones bombed an area in eastern Rafah.
Earlier two citizens were killed and several others were injured in Israeli aerial and artillery attacks in the south and north of Gaza.
The renewed Israeli aggression today prompted a barrage of retaliatory rocket fire from the besieged coastal enclave towards southern Israel (1948 occupied Palestine).
The Israeli air raids struck multiple locations across Gaza including in the south and the north and a number of sites belonging to the Islamic Jihad Movement.
Today’s bombardment comes one day after the Israeli occupation army attacked on Tuesday Gaza City and its environs killing 15 people including four children in what they said was an operation targeting three Islamic Jihad commanders.
