The Israeli occupation army bombed and destroyed two homes in the Gaza Strip at dawn Saturday one day after it directly bombarded seven homes and apartments.
A reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said that Israeli warplanes fired several missiles after midnight 1:00 a.m. at a four-story house belonging to the family of martyr Bahaa Abul-Ata in ash-Shuja’iya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
Consequently the house sustained considerable damage and caught fire before firefighters managed to control the blaze.
Later at dawn Israeli warplanes bombed a house belonging to the family of Muhanna in the Yarmouk neighborhood in central Gaza completely destroying it. Three Palestinians including a woman were injured in the aerial attack.
On Friday six homes were completely destroyed and one sustained partial damage during Israeli attacks on different areas of Gaza. One of those raids led to the martyrdom of senior Islamic Jihad commander Iyad al-Hasani and his aid Mohamed Abdul-Ata in Gaza City.
