The Hamas Movement has applauded the Arab and international efforts that had been made to reach a ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement on Sunday Hamas expressed its thanks to Egypt and president Abdul-Fattah as-Sisi for the efforts they made to broker and sponsor a ceasefire deal ending five days of Israeli aggression against Gaza.
The Movement also thanked Qatar and the UN for their role in the ceasefire efforts.
