Oman strongly condemned the Israeli government officials and MKs’ break-in into the Aqsa Mosque on Thursday.
The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs described in a statement on Friday the Israeli officials’ storming of the holy Islamic site as a serious violation of international law and a flagrant provocation to Muslims all over the world.
It also called on the international community to bear its responsibilities to protect the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people end the occupation and achieve a just and comprehensive peace in the region.
