The Israel occupation forces (IOF) announced plans to launch a large-scale exercise simulating a war on multiple fronts for two weeks starting Monday.
Regular and reserve duty forces are participating in the 15-day-long exercise including the Air Force Navy and Ground Forces according to the IOF statement.
During the exercise an elevated level of IOF fighter jets attack helicopters and other aircraft traffic will be tangible the statement said adding that increased traffic of security forces and military vehicles is expected in different regions.
The Israeli drills came amid growing Israeli threats to launch attacks against Lebanon and Iran.
Last week the Israeli Army Chief of Staff Herzl Halevi said that “there are negative developments on the horizon that could lead to action” against Iran.
