Israeli army troops on Sunday attacked a number of Lebanese citizens along the occupied Lebanese lands in Kafr Shuba Hills.
According to Lebanese sources Israeli soldiers fired teargas bombs at the citizens claiming that they approached one of the Israeli Merkava tanks deployed in the area.
Last Friday tension prevailed in the Lebanese border areas with 1948 Occupied Palestine (Israel) especially in Kafr Shuba area after Lebanese youths removed barbed wires fenced by the Israeli army soldiers and ruined a tunnel they had dug in the area.
Earlier on Wednesday Kafr Shuba residents confronted the Israeli bulldozing operations outside what is known as the “withdrawal line”.
