Jewish settlers on Saturday set fire to Palestinian agricultural lands in Masafer Yatta south of al-Khalil and in Sa’ir town east of al-Khalil.
Local sources told Safa news agency that Jewish settlers set 50 dunums of agricultural crops ablaze after storming at-Tuwani village in Masafer Yatta.
They added that Jewish settlers burned dozens of olive trees after storming the Wad Sa’ir area in Sa’ir town.
In a related incident Jewish settlers grazed their sheep on Palestinian lands in the Ein al-Beida area to the east of Yatta causing destruction to agricultural crops belonging to Palestinian citizens.
Jewish settlers have been escalating their attacks in a number of Palestinian villages in the West Bank killing or injuring Palestinian citizens and damaging their properties.
