A horde of extremist Jewish settlers burned on Friday a vast tract of cultivated field in at-Tuwanah village in Masafer Yatta south of al-Khalil.
Local activist Osama Makhmra said that settlers from the illegal settlement outpost of Havat Ma’on set ablaze over 10 dunums of privately-owned land planted with different crops and olive trees in al-Tuwanah village.
All the crops and trees were destroyed by the blaze Makhamra added.
The same settlers also let their sheep graze in the fields and damaged property belonging to local residents in the village.
