The head of Hamas’s political bureau Ismail Haneyya and the Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement Ziyad al-Nakhalah have discussed the latest Palestinian developments concerning the ongoing Israeli attack launched on Jenin City.
In a phone call on Tuesday both leaders hailed the Palestinian people and resistance factions for staying united while confronting the Israeli aggression on Jenin City and its refugee camp.
The officials underlined that the Palestinian people in Jenin are fighting in a decisive battle stressing that resistance is the strategic choice for the Palestinian people to confront the repeated Israeli attacks.
The two leaders reiterated that the Palestinian people will continue resisting the Israeli occupation by all means possible adding that they are willing to maintain cooperation and strong relations to arrive at appropriate decisions that support achieving the Palestinian national unity.
The Israeli occupation forces continued their massive land and air attack against Jenin City and its refugee camp for the second day in a row Tuesday.
Ten Palestinian citizens including four children have been martyred while 100 others have been injured since the beginning of the Israeli attack on Jenin that started at dawn Monday according to the Palestinian ministry of health.
