Hundreds of Palestinian citizens marched on Saturday in the funeral procession of Palestinian martyr Abdul-Jawwad Saleh who was killed yesterday during clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in Umm Safa village in northern Ramallah.
The procession moved from outside Istishari Hospital in Ramallah City to Arura village where his relatives bade him a final farewell before performing the funeral prayer at a local mosque and then laying him to rest at the village cemetery.
Mourners carried Hamas flags and chanted slogans condemning Israeli crimes and calling for avenging Palestinian martyrs.
In this regard the Hamas Movement mourned martyr Abdul-Jawwad Saleh and affirmed that the Palestinian people’s resistance is ongoing and able to defend the land and holy sites.
