Clashes were reported between Palestinian youths and Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Friday after Israeli soldiers quelled the anti-settlement marches in several areas of the West Bank.
Israeli soldiers fired live bullets rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas bombs at Palestinian protestors in Beita village in Nablus and in Kafr Qaddoum village in Qalqilya.
Clashes erupted between IOF soldiers and Palestinian protesters who called for removing the settlement outpost of Evyatar in Beita village to the south of Nablus.
Meanwhile a number of Palestinian citizens were injured by rubber-coated metal bullets while several others suffered breathing problems in Kafr Qaddoum to the east of Qalqilya.
Since July 2011 Kafr Qaddoum village has witnessed marches every Friday to demand the opening of the village’s main entrance which has been closed by the IOF for many years.
In another development hordes of Jewish settlers set fire to dozens of Palestinian agricultural lands after storming the vicinity of Enabous village to the south of al-Khalil.
