The Israeli Magistrate Court on Friday extended the detention of the Jewish settler Yehiel Indore who is charged with killing the Palestinian young man Qusai Ma&rsquotan.
At the outset of the hearing the racially motivated murder charge was dropped from the list of charges against Indore.
The Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth had said that the settler Indore was injured during clashes with the Palestinian youths adding that he fired live bullets at several Palestinian youths including Ma&rsquotan.
Last Tuesday the court released Elisha Yered the other suspect in the killing of Ma&rsquotan after claiming that there was no substantial evidence gathered thus far to establish reasonable suspicion of his involvement in the killing of the Palestinian teenager.
Qusai Ma&rsquotan 19 was shot and killed last Friday by Jewish settlers to the east of Ramallah.
