Israeli police on Monday arrested two Palestinian young men claiming that they attempted to carry out a stabbing attack in Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in Occupied Jerusalem.
Eyewitnesses reported that the two young men were transferred to a detention center after they were assaulted and handcuffed.
Hebrew media said that the two Palestinian young men had knives and attempted to carry out a stabbing attack in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
Meanwhile Israeli police intensified their presence in the neighborhood and blocked the main road stopping Palestinian vehicles and searching them.
