An Israeli court ordered on Tuesday the release of settler Yehiel Indore the main suspect in the killing of 19-year-old Qusai Mi&rsquotan during a settler attack on the West Bank town of Burqa two weeks ago to house arrest.
According to the Hebrew media the Jerusalem district court rejected the police’s appeal and ordered Indore’s release to house arrest rather than being detained at his uncle’s house.
In a related context Israeli forces arrested on the same day two Palestinians including a minor on allegations of assaulting Jewish settlers in the same attack on Burqa. The Palestinians are charged with aggravated assault and stone throwing.
Another settler called Elisha Yarad who is also suspected of involvement in the killing of Mi&rsquotan had been released to house arrest last week by a court order.
