The Ayyash Brigade said on Tuesday that its fighters fired one missile dubbed &ldquoAl-Qassam 1&rdquo at the illegal settlement of Shaked near Jenin in the northern West Bank.
&ldquoThe missile launch was carried out in response to the [Israeli] enemy’s crimes against our people and in revenge for our martyrs&rsquo blood which is the fuel of our struggle&rdquo the Brigade said in a communiqué.
The Brigade underlined that it would continue to carry out operations against the occupation state and its settlers in the West Bank &ldquodespite the complex security conditions the lack of capabilities and the big security restrictions.&rdquo
This was the sixth time in recent months the Ayyash Brigade fired improvised rockets at Jewish settlements near Jenin.
Meanwhile al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas said that a group of its fighters managed to seize an Israeli military drone in the east of Gaza City.
The Hebrew media for their part claimed that a drone belonging to the Shin Bet intelligence service fell down in Gaza during a surveillance operation as a result of a technical malfunction.
