The Israeli occupation authorities (IOA) issued a four-month administrative detention order against female detainee Fatima Abu Shalal on Friday.
The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) said that Abu Shalal 41 was detained on August 29 at the Huwwara military checkpoint.
Her son Ahmed Ayman Abu Shalal 24 was also detained several days ago at the Zaatara checkpoint.
5100 Palestinian prisoners are currently held in Israeli prisons including 35 female prisoners.
