Palestinian resistance fighters targeted on Wednesday evening an Israeli military checkpoint in Jenin while the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped two young men in Nablus and Jerusalem.
According to Palestinian media reports resistance fighters opened fire at the military checkpoint of Dotan in the southwest of Jenin and fled the scene.
Meanwhile the IOF kidnaped a young man resident of Qabatiya town in Jenin after intercepting him at a military checkpoint near Huwara town in southern Nablus.
Another young man was taken prisoner by Israeli police officers in the Old City of Jerusalem.
In a separate incident a 15-year-old teenager suffered a bullet injury during violent clashes between Palestinian youths and Israeli soldiers in al-Ram town north of Jerusalem.
Local sources said that the clashes happened at the northern entrance of the town during which Israeli forces attacked young protesters with live ammunition tear gas canisters and stun grenades.
