Israeli prison guards on Friday morning stormed Palestinian prisoners&rsquo cells in Ramon jail and wreaked havoc on them.
According to the Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) the Israeli guards stormed Section No. 5 in Ramon prison and launched a violent search campaign.
The other sections were closed during the raid the PPS added.
There are about 5000 Palestinians languishing in Israeli jails in inhumane conditions including 34 women 170 children 1250 administrative detainees and 700 prisoners with different health issues.
