QB carries out new infiltration operations behind enemy lines

Al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas said that it carried out new infiltration operations last night and at dawn Sunday to reinforce the seized sites in 1948 occupied Palestine with more fighters and equipment.

In a communiqu&eacute al-Qassam Brigades explained that more fighters and military gears were sent to its fighters in the front lines especially in Sufa Holit and Yated in the Rafah axis.

In a related context al-Qassam Brigades affirmed that its fighters are still engaged in fierce clashes in several locations inside Israeli settlements and towns around Gaza.

In recorded remarks broadcast by Al-Aqsa satellite channel spokesman for the Brigades Abu Obeida said that the Brigades managed to replace some of its fighters behind the enemy lines with others.

The spokesman added that an operation was carried out today to back up a group of al-Qassam fighters in Sderot through bombing Israeli military sites with more than 100 rockets.

In another communiqu&eacute al-Qassam Brigades said that five boats carrying a group of marine commando fighters were able during the first moments of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on Saturday to carry out a successful landing operation on the shores of southern Ashkelon and control different areas.

The Brigades pointed out that its naval forces inflicted heavy losses on the enemy in Ashkelon adding that a number of them were still clashing with Israeli forces.

The Brigades also revealed that 35 &ldquoAl-Zawari&rdquo suicide drones were used against the Israeli occupation forces during the first moments of the operation.

In a related incident Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper said that shots were heard on Sunday in Zikim area in southern Ashkelon which is one of the six combat areas that have been active since yesterday.

The Israeli occupation army also issued a warning early on Sunday that a hostile drone might have infiltrated Israel near the Gaza border.

In another incident Israeli channels said that army forces rushed to Eshkol settlement after Jewish settlers reported seeing Palestinian gunmen walking in the settlement’s streets.
