Israeli warplanes launched hundreds of strikes against Palestinian institutions and buildings all over the Gaza Strip on Monday evening.
Local sources reported that Israel launched a series of aerial strikes against several buildings and institutions including the headquarters of the Palestinian Telecommunications Company in the Al-Rimal neighborhood west of Gaza City.
The sources underlined that the buildings were leveled to the ground adding that the bombing caused a widespread outage of communications and the internet in addition to great destruction of nearby homes.
Meanwhile the nursery department at Al-Shifa Medical Complex was damaged due to the Israeli bombing of the vicinity of the complex.
Moreover a number of Palestinian citizens were killed while others were injured in a series of violent raids launched by Israeli warplanes on the Al-Rimal neighborhood following the two Israeli massacres in Jabalia and Al-Shati&rsquo camps.
The Palestinian ministry of health said in a brief statement that the number of Palestinian citizens killed in the ongoing Israeli attack on the Gaza Strip increased to almost 700 adding that the number of the injured reached more than three thousands.
The ministry added that the Israeli occupation army has targeted and destroyed nine ambulance vehicles since the beginning of the Israeli attack.
