Al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas said on Saturday that nine captives including foreign nationals had been killed in the past 24 hours during Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip.
These new deaths increased the number of Israeli and foreign prisoners that had been killed during Israeli aerial attacks on Gaza to 26 people since last Monday October 9.
Yesterday al-Qassam Brigades announced the death of 13 Israeli and foreign prisoners in Israeli air raids on Gaza.
Four others had already been killed along with their captors last Monday during Israeli attacks according to a statement released at the time by al-Qassam Brigades.
