Member of the Hamas political bureau Izzat al-Resheq denied the media reports of a possible hour-truce or plans to open Rafah border crossing.
Al-Resheq urged journalists to rely on reliable official sources particularly the Government Action Committee in Gaza.
Earlier head of the government media office Salama Maarouf confirmed that he had not receive any signal for the opening of the Rafah crossing.
