The Hamas Movement has mourned head of its Shura Council in Gaza Osama al-Mazini saying he was martyred in an Israeli airstrike a few days ago.
In a statement on Saturday Hamas said that the blood of its leaders and fighters would continue to irrigate the Palestinian land until the removal of the Israeli occupation and the achievement of the Palestinian people’s aspiration for liberation and return.
The Hamas Movement hailed Mazini as a &ldquogreat national leader who devoted his life to serving Palestine and its brave people&rdquo pointing out that he had held different positions including as a lecturer at the Islamic University and then minister of education.
