Syrian state media said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation army bombed at dawn the airports in Damascus and Aleppo putting them out of service for the second time within two weeks amid its relentless bombing of Gaza.
According to SANA state news agency the Israeli airstrikes killed a civilian worker at Damascus airport and wounded another.
Material damage to the airports&rsquo runways reportedly put them out of commission.
Flights have been diverted to the airport in the port city of Latakia the Syrian Ministry of transport said in a statement.
