Hamdan 25 was detained on October 22 as part of the ongoing Israeli arrest campaigns in the West Bank.
Earlier Monday Palestinian administrative detainee Omar Hamza Hassan Daraghmeh 58 died in Megiddo prison amid mysterious circumstances.
