Ismail Haneyya head of Hamas’s political bureau has said that “the Zionist occupation will not enjoy peace and security until our people and children can have security freedom and sovereignty over our blessed land.”
In a press statement at dawn Tuesday Haneyya said: “These criminals do not differentiate [between fighters and civilians]. They kill children women and the elderly. They are committing the most awful massacres throughout the Gaza Strip. In so doing they write a page of shame on their blood-stained history.”
“Our heroic resistance fighters will pursue them. Their strongholds will be destroyed and they will not enjoy security no matter how long it takes until our people and children enjoy security freedom and sovereignty over our blessed land” he reiterated.
Addressing leaders of the Arab and Islamic countries Haneyya said: “How much blood and massacres would be enough in order to get you move to take a stand that confronts such massacres of Gazan children women and elderly? The West Bank too is not away from those crimes he highlighted.
In his speech the Hamas leader also stressed: “while they claim to protect human rights the West is immersed in the blood of our innocent people.”
“With your positions supportive of the genocide taking place in Gaza you have fallen for ever from the record of humanity. You have created a barrier between you and the Arab and Islamic peoples which would never be bridged” Haneyya concluded.
