Armed clashes erupted at the southern checkpoint of the city of Jericho while Palestinian youths managed to set fire to cement cubes installed by Israeli forces in Odala south of Nablus.
Violent clashes also broke out in Kharsa town south of al-Khalil and Azzun town east of Qalqilya.
Thousands of people took to the streets in many towns and cities in the West Bank in solidarity with the people of Gaza.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported at least a gunshot injury as clashes erupted at the Huwwara checkpoint in Nablus.
In al-Khalil the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a pro-Gaza protest at the Ibn Rushd roundabout amid heavy use of teargas bombs.
Earlier Hamas official Hossam Badra called for mass mobilization in the occupied West Bank in support of their brothers and sisters in the Gaza Strip.
