The Ministry of Health revealed the martyrdom of 116 medical staffers as a result of the ongoing holocaust carried out by Israel on the Gaza Strip since October 7th which has led to more than 8000 martyrs and more than 20000 injured.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Health Ashraf al-Qudra confirmed in a press conference on Sunday evening that the number of martyrs from the medical sector has risen to 116 in addition to the destruction of 25 ambulances and the targeting of 57 health facilities in the ongoing Israeli bombardment.
Since the beginning of the aggression Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have repeatedly targeted ambulances during their work Al-Muamadani Hospital and the Indonesian Hospital were also targeted resulting in the martyrdom of several medical crews and the injury of others in addition to hundreds of civilians he elaborated.
The occupation forces have also targeted the homes of many doctors and medical crews committing unprecedented brutal heinous crimes he added.
Meanwhile the spokesman said that Israel committed 56 massacres in the past hours resulting in the martyrdom of 302 martyrs the majority of whom were displaced from their homes.
He pointed out that the number of martyrs in Gaza has risen to 8005 including 3342 children 2062 women and 460 elderly individuals as a result of the ongoing holocaust committed by the IOF since October 7th.
He underlined that the restoration of communications (at dawn today two days after they were interrupted) revealed the magnitude of the holocaust committed by the IOF and the hundreds of victims as a result of yesterday’s violent bombardment.
He revealed that there have been no new developments in the file of medical aid to hospitals.
The spokesman warned of the rapid spread of epidemics among the displaced citizens due to water scarcity and lack of personal hygiene.
