Algerian president Abdul-Majid Tebboune said on Sunday that the Palestinian people are not terrorists but rather they defend their land and their legitimate rights.
Addressing a crowd of people in Djelfa province Tebboune described Israel’s massacres in Gaza as “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” pointing out that the Algerian people were also called terrorists in the past when they rose up against colonialism.
President Tebboune also observed a moment of silence to pay respect to the souls of the Palestinian citizens who were martyred during the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.
