Israel occupation forces (IOF) confirmed on Wednesday the killing of 10 additional soldiers in its invasion of the Gaza Strip bringing the officially announced death toll to 12. Resistance sources however affirm the number is much larger.
The IOF released the names of the soldiers saying that 10 soldiers have been killed after their vehicle was bombed by an anti-tank missile in northern Gaza on Tuesday.
The IOF had previously acknowledged the killing of two soldiers of the elite force in addition to the injury of two soldiers from the 77th Battalion who have been seriously injured this morning.
The Israeli War Minister Yoav Galant described the killing of Israeli soldiers in the ground battles in Gaza as “painful”.
Resistance sources have said however that the number of the Israeli soldiers killed in Gaza is much bigger and that this (IOF) acknowledgement is only the beginning referring to the resistance fighters’ killing of many Israeli soldiers from point zero in addition to destroying at least 23 military vehicles so far.
Al-Qassam Brigades the armed wing of Hamas reported this morning the destruction of an Israeli vehicle that advanced into east of the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood with a “Al-Yassin 105” anti-armored shell and that it was set on fire.
The PIC reporter revealed that clashes erupted in various points where the resistance fighters topped by al-Qassam Brigades are waging heroic epics in confrontation with the IOF amid Israeli intense and relentless bombardment in consistence with its scorched earth policy.
