IOF kills four Palestinians kidnaps many others in W. Bank and J’lem

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed four Palestinian citizens and kidnaped several others during overnight raids in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

According to local sources Israeli police forces stormed Qatanna town northwest of Jerusalem and kidnaped five citizens from their homes adding that one of the detainees identified as Mohamed Hoshiya was savagely beaten by soldiers.

14 Jerusalemite citizens were also kidnaped during Israeli police raids on homes in Biddu town.

The Israeli police also summoned Ahmed Surour for interrogation after raiding his home in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Jabel Mukaber fining him 170000 shekels and confiscating his car and a sum of money.

In Tulkarem Israeli soldiers assaulted an ex-detainee called Kassab Zaqqout before kidnaping him in the eastern neighborhood of the city. The IOF kidnaped another citizen during the same raid in the city.

In Jenin the IOF kidnaped secretary of the Fatah Movement in Jenin Atta Abu Rumaila and his son Ahmed and failed to arrest member of the Fatah Revolutionary Council Jamal Haweel.

The IOF also kidnaped three young citizens in Shuqba village in western Ramallah and another one in Azzun town east of Qalqilya.

In Bethlehem the IOF kidnaped a young man called Baha Nawawara after assaulting him and his mother and ransacking his house. Two others were also taken prisoners during the same IOF raid.

Three others were also kidnaped during IOF raids in the Bethlehem villages of Abu Nujaym and Beit Fajjar.

In al-Khalil the IOF broke into and ransacked several homes in Beit Ummar town and rounded up four citizens.

The IOF also kidnaped a citizen during a raid in Dura town south of al-Khalil and raided a number of homes in Bani Na’im town to the east amid clashes with local youths.

In separate incidents four Palestinians were killed during clashes with Israeli forces in the West Bank overnight Palestinian health officials said Wednesday.

The Palestinian Authority health ministry said three people were killed in Jenin while another was killed in Tulkarem.
